For Jennifer, leadership is ultimately about service. Every process improved, every team member supported, every operational challenge solved contributes to the Breeden Law legal team’s ability to deliver an outstanding client experience during some of the most vulnerable moments in a person’s life. That, in a nutshell, is her why as a law firm administrator.
Jennifer comes to Breeden Law with a deep background in making law firms work efficiently while building great workplace cultures. She sees her role as strengthening internal operations and helping to create an environment where attorneys and staff can focus fully on serving clients with the excellence and empathy that the Breeden Law Office is known for.
As a child of divorce herself, Jennifer understands the firm’s mission to protect children and the paramount importance of family law work to clients. Having the opportunity to serve as a law firm administrator within a family law firm at this point in her career is deeply fulfilling, and Jennifer counts herself incredibly grateful to continue doing work that allows her to help people in meaningful ways.
Jennifer is a proud graduate of Meredith College and adopted her mother’s alma mater when it comes to sports – Go, Wolfpack! Her favorite books include work-focused options (The Phoenix Project, The Making of a Manager) and Little Women if she is reading for pure pleasure. When she is not at work or dreaming of a day on the beach, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Holly.
